Why not just buy an AI course?
A course teaches general techniques. AI Concierge applies them to the work already happening inside your business and leaves you with a usable workflow, documentation and the ability to maintain it.
What happens before the first call?
You complete a 10-minute onboarding covering recurring work, bottlenecks, tools and priorities. Those answers become the first version of your 90-day roadmap.
Does this include custom software development?
No. The core service improves and implements workflows using Claude Cowork, Skills, instructions and available connections. Custom apps, integrations and software projects are scoped separately.
Will every workflow run unattended?
No. Some work suits a scheduled task; other work needs a person to review, approve or provide local access. We choose the safest reliable level of automation for the process.
How is business data handled?
We decide what information is appropriate before connecting tools or building a workflow. Sensitive customer, employee, financial and authentication data should not be shared unless a specific written handling plan is agreed.
