AI Concierge summary terms

These website terms describe the advertised offer. Final scope, timing, confidentiality and payment details are confirmed in a written service agreement before work begins. An application does not create an engagement.

Price and term

AI Concierge is A$1,500 plus GST per calendar month with a 90-day initial engagement, creating a minimum initial commitment of A$4,500 plus GST. After the initial term it renews month-to-month unless either party gives at least 14 days written notice before the next renewal date.

Included

The service includes two 45-minute implementation sessions each month, a 90-day workflow roadmap, a private implementation hub and reasonable-use async voice support. The 12 business-hour commitment is a first-response target during Monday–Friday AEST business hours, not a guaranteed resolution time.

Not included

Custom software development, vendor subscription fees, formal cyber-security or privacy assessments, legal advice and guaranteed business outcomes are excluded unless separately agreed in writing. A paid Claude plan is required and is not included in the retainer.

Client responsibilities

You remain responsible for approvals, source data, access permissions, testing, supervising AI outputs and deciding whether a workflow is suitable for use. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect and should be reviewed before it affects customers, staff, money or legal obligations.

AI Concierge is an independent consultancy and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic. Product availability and features can change. References to Claude, Cowork and Skills describe third-party products provided under their own terms.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
