Privacy notice

This notice explains how information submitted through the AI Concierge website is handled.

What is collected

The application form collects your name, work email, business and team details, current AI use, workflow description, readiness and basic campaign attribution from the page URL.

Why it is collected

The information is used to assess suitability, respond to the application and understand which campaign generated it. It is not added to a newsletter without separate consent.

Storage and disclosure

Applications are stored by Netlify as the website hosting and form provider. Access is restricted to Daine Reid. Information may be processed by providers needed to run the service, but it is not sold.

Analytics and advertising

Meta Pixel loads only after analytics consent. With consent, page views and a successful application event may be processed by Meta for measurement and ad optimisation, including outside Australia. Application answers, names, email addresses and phone numbers are not sent to Meta through this site.

Client sessions and business data

Accepted clients are asked before a call is recorded. Do not share sensitive customer, employee, financial, health or authentication data unless a specific written handling plan has been agreed.

Access, correction, deletion or complaint

Email daine@dainereid.com. If a privacy complaint is not resolved, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
